Hey Stephanie! Ich schätze deine Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitungen sehr 🙂 Bei den Castella hast du allerdings den Honig und den Zucker in der Anleitung vergessen. Ist zwar logisch wann die mit hineingehören aber du hast alles andere aufgezählt bis auf Zucker und Honig 🙂 Außerdem werden meine Castella nicht so dunkel wie deine :-/ Aber alles in allem ein Wahnsinns Rezept – werde ich nun häufiger machen! Danke!
